Solar Pumps for Agriculture farms
RRAI has started this project in the Tharparkar district, a desert area in the Sindh province of Pakistan. The land is fertile but lack of rains prevents this land to be used for agriculture. This project installs deep large solar pumps that prides enough water to irrigate many acres of land.
Depending upon how deep underground water levels are, the cost runs from $1500 to $2000 per pump
